Useful information

To come to the centre Paul Langevin in Aussois:

- by train to the station of Modane and then by taxi from the station to the centre,

- by car: see location on maps at the end of this page.

For the numerical practical works:

Participants are requested to bring their own laptop.

You will be asked to indicate if your equipment is a PC, running Windows or Linux, or a Mac.

You will also have to chose between COMSOL or OpenFoam for the numerical pratical work sessions.

For COMSOL: a (free) licence will be provided to each user that you will be able to install on your machine prior to the starting of the school.

For OpenFoam, the installation procedure of all the files necessary to use this tool will be provided and you will be able to have it ready before the school starts.
